If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Conditions for Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges, since all products are free, unless the item you receive is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the defected product, picture, or video.
Upon receiving email notification, we will fully examine contents provided and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will send out the product again, shipping will be provided by us.
