Ratio
The ratio(quantity) between tea and water crucially dictates the flavor of the brew.

Common issue: tea bitterness,  tea too thick
Reduce brewing time, or lower tea quantity, avoid squeezing tea bag

Temperature used to brew affects fine smoothness of the brew.

Unsmooth (astringent): possibly the water temp.° is too high, try dropping 5°C ~ 8° C

Ice Bowl Cooling 

Place brewing cup directly into the ice bowl
Stir the brew with spoon and thermometer
Drop the tea temp.° to your need

Cool the brew by putting it in the fridge
